Yes, we offer samples before you place a full order. You can order samples through our samples page to get a feel for the material and finish. This allows you to make sure you're happy with the look and texture before committing to your custom hearth.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately. We’ll require photos of the damaged items and packaging to process your claim. Once we’ve reviewed the images, we’ll arrange for a replacement or refund, depending on the situation.

We recommend keeping all original packaging until the issue is resolved, as this may be needed for return shipping.

Yes, you can change or cancel your order, but this must be done immediately after placing the order. If an order is placed before 1 PM, we typically dispatch it the same day. Orders placed after 1 PM will usually be dispatched the following day.

If the order has not been dispatched, it can be changed or cancelled with no additional cost. However, if the order has already been dispatched, any changes or cancellations will incur charges, and these costs will not be refundable.

We highly recommend protective sealing to help prevent scratching, staining, and make cleaning much easier.
