Do You Provide Samples Before I Order a Custom Hearth?

Yes, we offer samples before you place a full order. You can order samples through our samples page to get a feel for the material and finish. This allows you to make sure you're happy with the look and texture before committing to your custom hearth.

What Happens if My Order Arrives Damaged?

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately. We’ll require photos of the damaged items and packaging to process your claim. Once we’ve reviewed the images, we’ll arrange for a replacement or refund, depending on the situation.

We recommend keeping all original packaging until the issue is resolved, as this may be needed for return shipping.

Can I Change or Cancel an Order After It's Been Placed?

Yes, you can change or cancel your order, but this must be done immediately after placing the order. If an order is placed before 1 PM, we typically dispatch it the same day. Orders placed after 1 PM will usually be dispatched the following day.

If the order has not been dispatched, it can be changed or cancelled with no additional cost. However, if the order has already been dispatched, any changes or cancellations will incur charges, and these costs will not be refundable.

Can I Order and Pay Over the Phone?

Yes, we can take orders over the phone. We understand that for larger purchases, it’s reassuring to speak with someone directly. You can reach us at 01733 810161. However, please note that payments cannot be processed over the phone. After placing your order, we will send you a secure payment link via email, allowing you to complete the checkout process online.

Are granite hearths safe for wood-burning, multi-fuel and gas stoves?

Yes. Granite is naturally fire-safe, so it works with any type of stove or fireplace.

Does granite need sealing?

We highly recommend protective sealing to help prevent scratching, staining, and make cleaning much easier.
