Our delivery charges are calculated fairly and transparently based on the actual cost of shipping your order safely and on time.
Delivery pricing can vary depending on the weight, size, and type of goods, the delivery method required (parcel, courier, or pallet), and your delivery location/postcode.
All Calculations are made at checkout once your POSTCODE is inserted
For heavier or bulkier orders, delivery is typically charged based on the number of pallets required. Pallet pricing is determined by the overall weight and size of your order.
How pallet delivery is calculated
- Pallet deliveries are calculated in 1,000kg (1 tonne) bands.
- If your order weight goes over the nearest 1,000kg band — even by 1–2kg — delivery may be charged at the next pallet / next weight band, which can increase the delivery cost.
Tips to help keep delivery costs low
- Where possible, keep your order weight under the nearest 1,000kg band (for example, just under 1,000kg rather than slightly over).
- Small changes to quantities can make a noticeable difference.
- Oversized items can increase shipping costs. Items over 150cm wide typically cost more to transport due to handling and network restrictions.
- If you’re ordering items such as fire hearths or worktops, keeping them under 150cm where possible can help reduce delivery cost.
