FAST UK DELIVERY — PRICED FAIRLY AND TRANSPARENTLY
We believe delivery should be clear, honest, and consistent. That’s why we don’t advertise “free delivery” while quietly building the cost into product prices or adding unexpected surcharges later in the checkout.
Instead, we charge delivery separately and transparently, so you can see exactly what you’re paying for, and so customers who order smaller quantities aren’t unfairly subsidising larger deliveries.
We deliver across the UK, including the Scottish Highlands & Isles, Northern Ireland, the Channel Islands, the Isle of Wight and the Isle of Man.
WHY WE DON’T OFFER “FREE DELIVERY”
There’s no such thing as truly free delivery — the cost has to be covered somewhere. Some retailers do this by:
- Increasing product prices to absorb delivery costs, or
- Adding extra charges at checkout (often based on delivery size/weight or certain postcodes)
Our approach is simple:
- Product prices stay product prices.
- Delivery is shown clearly and charged based on what it actually costs to send your order safely and on time.
DELIVERY CALCULATIONS
Delivery is calculated based on factors such as:
- Order size and weight
- The type of goods being shipped
- Delivery method (parcel, courier, pallet)
- Delivery location within the UK
You’ll always see the delivery cost clearly before you pay — simply enter your postcode at checkout and your delivery options will appear.
DISPATCH & DELIVERY TIMES
We aim to dispatch orders as quickly as possible, usually within 1–2 working days (subject to stock and order volume).
Delivery times vary depending on your location and the delivery method selected.

Collection is available from our Peterborough depot at Primethorpe Paving, Bungalow Business Park, PE6 7PP.

To ensure a smooth delivery, please check:
- Access for large vehicles (if your order ships by pallet)
- That someone is available to receive the delivery
- Any site restrictions (narrow lanes, height limits, timed access, etc.)
