What Are the Delivery Costs and How Can I Qualify for Free Delivery?

Standard Delivery is £65

To qualify for a FREE 3-5 Day delivery, simply place an order that exceeds £750. This total can be made up of one item or multiple items, as long as the total value of your order is over £750.

Will I Get a Notification of My Delivery Date and Time?

Yes, once your order has been processed, you will receive an invoice. The estimated delivery date will be displayed in the top right-hand corner of the invoice. On the day of delivery, the courier company will send you a couple of text updates: the first when your order has been loaded onto the delivery vehicle, and the second when the driver has an estimated time of arrival.

For these services you must insure you have given the correct email address and mobile number at the check out.

What Is the Delivery Method and Process? Can I Get a Hiab Delivery?

Deliveries are primarily made using a third-party courier service called Palletways, which has approximately 250 independent franchises across the country. They use pump trucks and tail lifts for unloading and will drop the goods as close to your desired location as possible.

Please note that there are limitations with pump trucks, particularly on uneven surfaces and gravel. We advise ensuring the delivery location is accessible for safe unloading.

In some cases, if deliveries are local to Peterborough, we may be able to offer a Hiab delivery using our own fleet of lorries. However, this service is not guaranteed and only applies to local deliveries—nationwide deliveries will not include Hiab service.

Do You Offer Express Delivery or Can I Collect If I’m in a Hurry?

Yes, we do offer express delivery for an additional £25 per order. If you're in a hurry, you can choose this option at checkout to receive your order more quickly.

If you're local, you can also arrange to collect your order directly from us. Please contact us to confirm availability and collection details.

Can I Order and Pay Over the Phone?

Can I Change or Cancel an Order After It's Been Placed?

Yes, you can change or cancel your order, but this must be done immediately after placing the order. If an order is placed before 1 PM, we typically dispatch it the same day. Orders placed after 1 PM will usually be dispatched the following day.

If the order has not been dispatched, it can be changed or cancelled with no additional cost. However, if the order has already been dispatched, any changes or cancellations will incur charges, and these costs will not be refundable.

What Happens if My Order Arrives Damaged?

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately. We’ll require photos of the damaged items and packaging to process your claim. Once we’ve reviewed the images, we’ll arrange for a replacement or refund, depending on the situation.

We recommend keeping all original packaging until the issue is resolved, as this may be needed for return shipping.

Yes, you can return an order, provided it meets our return policy. Items must be in their original condition and packaging. Returns are typically accepted within 30 days of receiving the order. Please note that certain products may have specific return conditions and we can only accept returns on Full Orders ONLY and Part order returns are not accepted
