What's the difference between bullnose and rustic dressed limestone steps?

Bullnose steps have a smooth, rounded front edge and are 30mm thick - a clean finish that works well with modern paving layouts. Rustic dressed steps are thicker with a hand-cut face, giving a chunkier, more traditional appearance.

Are limestone steps slip resistant?

No, we only supply steps in standard widths. If you need a specific custom dimension, we'd recommend sourcing from a local stone mason.

Do you offer honed limestone steps?

No. A honed finish is too smooth for outdoor use and becomes dangerously slippery when wet.
