How do I place a hearth order?
Just select your colour, finish, and thickness, then complete the required selection options. It is that simple.
What is the maximum size hearth you can make?
All our hearths are made to order, and we can cut them to a wide range of sizes. For most materials, the maximum size we can accommodate for the prices shown is 150cm x 100cm.
However, there are exceptions for the following materials where we can we can cut up to a maximum of 200cm x 100cm foe the same shown price.
- Riven - Black / Blue Slate - 30mm
- Honed - Black Granite - 30mm
If you need a hearth larger than these sizes, the best option is to contact us via email with a drawing or sketch of your requirements, or give us a quick call on 01733 810161 and we can provide a price accordingly
Are there any limitations to the shapes you can cut?
Very few. Most shapes are possible, but in rare cases, extremely complex designs may be too challenging to produce.

How can i share my dimension with you?
We have an "Attach a File" option located just above the Add to Cart button. This is where you can upload a drawing of your design.
If you’d prefer to talk through your design, simply enter your contact number using the "Request a Call" section, and we’ll get in touch to discuss it with you.
What’s the difference between Riven and Honed Smooth finishes?
Naturally Riven: A textured, slightly uneven surface with a rustic, natural look.
Honed Smooth: A flat, smooth surface with a refined matte finish that brings out deeper tones.
Can you explain the difference between edge option in more detail?
Square Sawn – This edge is cut clean and straight at a 90-degree angle, giving a sharp, modern, and precise look. It is the most minimalistic option.
Subtle Eased – This edge has a very slight rounding or softening of the sharp edges, making it less harsh while still maintaining a clean and contemporary appearance.
Bevelled – This edge features a small angled cut along the top, creating a subtle chamfered effect. It adds a refined touch and can catch light nicely for a more decorative look.
Half Bullnosed – This edge has a smooth, rounded top that transitions into a flat bottom, giving a softer appearance. It provides a comfortable, elegant finish.
Can you provide a box and lip on the hearth?
Yes, we can provide a box and lip on your hearth. This option is available at an additional cost of £75.
