FAQs - Ultrascape Primer Slurry

How Do I Use Ultrascape Primer Slurry?

1. Mix 7 liters of clean water with UltraScape Pro-Prime powder in a mixing bucket for 3-5 minutes until smooth and lump-free.

2. Pre-soak all surfaces with clean water before applying the primer.

3. Use a brush or roller to apply the primer at a thickness of 1mm-2mm to the supporting layer/roadbase before applying your mortar bed, and to the back of each paving slab before laying.

4 Store in original packaging at temperatures between 5°C and 30°C. Avoid frost. If stored correctly and used within 8 months of the date on the bag, the primer will contain no more than 0.0002% (2 ppm) soluble Chromium (VI) when mixed with water.

Are Any Special Tools Needed To Use Ultrascape Primer Slurry?

  • A mixing bucket for preparing the UltraScape Pro-Prime slurry
  • A brush or roller for applying the primer to the surfaces
  • A source of clean water for mixing the primer and pre-soaking the surfaces

Do You Deliver To Where I Live?

Yes! Unless you have found us from outside the UK.

We deliver to the entire UK mainland inclusive in the price you pay. Northern Ireland or delivery to surrounding islands can be arranged on an ad hoc basis.

How Will My Primer Slurry Be Delivered?

Depending on quantity, large orders will arrive in a pallet box. Where they are small quantities of bags, they will be sent and hand delivered by a courier.
