Nope, our porcelain cobble setts doesn’t need sealing! Thanks to its non-porous nature, it won’t absorb water, oils, or stains. Unlike natural stones like sandstone or limestone, it’s super easy to look after. The grout or joints might need a seal though, just to keep things tidy and prevent dirt from building up.
These setts start as 90cm x 60cm porcelain tiles, which are then carefully cut into strips to create the cobbles in India. During the cutting process, minor chipping may occur on the underside of the tiles. While this chipping may be visible before installation, once laid, it will be hidden beneath the edging, ensuring a clean and finished look.
