10.08m² - Clearance Bundle - Marrone Oak Porcelain Paving - 1200x400

Marrone Oak Porcelain Paving – 10.08m² End of Line Clearance Bundle

Product Description

Marrone Oak Porcelain Paving is a distinctive wood-effect outdoor paving tile designed to recreate the natural warmth, character and appearance of oak timber. Its oak-inspired design brings the welcoming appearance of wood into patios, terraces and outdoor living spaces, offering an attractive alternative to traditional stone-effect paving.

Marrone Oak combines the decorative appeal of timber-inspired paving with the durability and low-maintenance benefits of porcelain. Its natural oak-effect styling works particularly well in contemporary gardens, rustic landscaping schemes and outdoor areas where a warm, timber-inspired finish is desired.

The elongated 1200mm x 400mm rectangular format creates a distinctive plank-style layout reminiscent of traditional timber decking. These generous dimensions allow the paving to be arranged in straight-laid or staggered patterns, helping create a clean, attractive and spacious appearance.

With a substantial 20mm thickness and an R11 anti-slip rating, Marrone Oak is designed for outdoor paving applications, including patios, garden paths, terraces and seating areas. Unlike natural timber decking, porcelain does not require regular wood staining, oiling or sealing, making it a practical, low-maintenance landscaping option.

This product is being discontinued from our range, making this final 10.08m² clearance bundle an excellent opportunity to purchase oak-effect porcelain paving at a significantly reduced price.

The reduced price primarily reflects our decision to clear discontinued products and free up warehouse space, rather than the paving being sold as damaged or defective stock.

Important Clearance Conditions – Please Read

This product is being offered as an end-of-line clearance bundle because we are discontinuing the range and clearing our remaining stock. The majority of our clearance paving remains in excellent condition, with many slabs still in their original unopened packaging.

However, as this is remaining stock from a discontinued product range, please be aware of the following conditions before purchasing.

1. Manufacturing Batches and Colour Variations

We cannot guarantee that all 21 slabs originate from the same manufacturing batch.

There may be slight differences in shade, colour, tone or wood-effect pattern between individual tiles. We recommend laying out and blending the slabs before installation to achieve a suitable overall appearance.

2. Minor Cosmetic Imperfections

The majority of our clearance paving remains in excellent condition. However, a small number of slabs may have minor chips, scuffs, edge marks or other cosmetic imperfections resulting from storage and handling.

These occasional minor imperfections are a possibility with remaining clearance stock and have been considered when setting the discounted price.

Customers should allow for normal cutting and installation wastage, taking into account the possibility of occasional cosmetically imperfect slabs.

3. Packaging Condition

Most of our clearance stock remains in its original packaging. However, some packaging may be weathered, opened, damaged or incomplete due to storage and handling.

Packaging condition may vary between pallets, although this does not necessarily affect the quality or usability of the paving itself.

4. Complete Clearance Bundle

All 21 slabs are being offered together as one complete 10.08m² clearance bundle at a heavily reduced price.

The bundle cannot be split into smaller quantities, and individual slabs cannot be selected or substituted to achieve matching manufacturing batches or eliminate the disclosed possibility of occasional minor cosmetic imperfections.

5. Discontinued Product – No Further Stock

This product is being discontinued from our range, and once the final remaining stock has sold, we cannot guarantee that additional or matching paving will be available.

Please ensure that the advertised quantity is suitable for your project, allowing for cutting, wastage and any occasional minor imperfections.
