This product is being offered as an end-of-line clearance bundle because we are discontinuing the range and clearing our remaining stock. The majority of our clearance paving remains in excellent condition, with many slabs still in their original unopened packaging.

However, as this is remaining stock from a discontinued product range, please be aware of the following conditions before purchasing.

1. Manufacturing Batches and Colour Variations

We cannot guarantee that all 106 slabs originate from the same manufacturing batch.

There may be slight differences in shade, colour, tone or granite-effect pattern between individual tiles. We recommend laying out and blending the slabs before installation to achieve a suitable overall appearance.

2. Minor Cosmetic Imperfections

The majority of our clearance paving remains in excellent condition. However, a small number of slabs may have minor chips, scuffs, edge marks or other cosmetic imperfections resulting from storage and handling.

These occasional minor imperfections are a possibility with remaining clearance stock and have been considered when setting the discounted price.

Customers should allow for normal cutting and installation wastage, taking into account the possibility of occasional cosmetically imperfect slabs.

3. Packaging Condition

Most of our clearance stock remains in its original packaging. However, some packaging may be weathered, opened, damaged or incomplete due to storage and handling.

Packaging condition may vary between pallets, although this does not necessarily affect the quality or usability of the paving itself.

4. Complete Clearance Bundle

All 106 slabs are being offered together as one complete 33.92m² clearance bundle at a heavily reduced price.

The bundle cannot be split into smaller quantities, and individual slabs cannot be selected or substituted to achieve matching manufacturing batches or eliminate the disclosed possibility of occasional minor cosmetic imperfections.
