ProJoint ECO-820 is a professional-strength water-based invisible sealer designed to protect natural stone, porcelain and compatible paving surfaces without intentionally changing their natural colour or appearance. It provides long-lasting protection while retaining the original look and character of the paving.

The penetrating, breathable formulation helps protect against water penetration, staining, dirt, algae and weathering. Unlike solvent-based sealers that require newly installed paving to be left before treatment, ECO-820 can be used on new paving once the surface is suitably prepared and dry, making it an excellent choice for new patios and landscaping projects.

Coverage is approximate and will vary depending on the porosity, texture, condition and type of surface being treated. More porous materials will generally require more product.

How to Apply

1. Prepare – ensure the surface is clean and free from dirt, dust, grease and loose material.
2. Dry – ensure the paving is suitably dry before treatment.
3. Apply – apply ECO-820 evenly to the prepared surface using a suitable roller, brush or sprayer.
4. Dry – allow the treatment to dry thoroughly before exposing the surface to normal use or unsuitable weather.
5. Second Coat – where required, apply an additional coat in accordance with the manufacturer's application guidance.
