ProJoint PRO-810 Invisible Natural Stone & Paving Sealer – Solvent Based

ProJoint PRO-810 is a solvent-based invisible paving sealer designed to provide long-lasting protection while maintaining the natural appearance of the surface. Unlike colour-enhancing sealers, PRO-810 is designed to protect without intentionally darkening or enriching the colour of the paving, making it ideal when you want to preserve the original look of your stone.

The penetrating formulation helps protect natural stone and compatible concrete surfaces against water, oil, grease, everyday staining and weathering while remaining breathable. Available in 1 litre, 5 litre and 25 litre sizes, PRO-810 is suitable for everything from smaller paving areas to large patios and professional landscaping projects.

Important – When Can I Apply PRO-810?

Newly installed paving should be left for a minimum of 8 weeks before applying PRO-810. This allows moisture within the paving and installation to dissipate before the solvent-based sealer is applied.

The paving must also be completely dry before sealing. If the paving has been cleaned prior to application, allow it to dry thoroughly for at least 2 days before applying PRO-810, subject to weather and site conditions.

Invisible Sealer or Colour Enhancing Sealer?

Choose PRO-810 when you want to protect your paving while keeping its existing natural appearance. If you want to intentionally deepen and enrich the colour of your natural stone, ProJoint PRO-420 ECO Colour Enhancing Sealer is the more suitable option.

The coverage figures above are a simple guide based on approximately 10m² per litre. Manufacturer guidance gives typical coverage of approximately 7–12m² per litre, depending on the porosity, texture and condition of the surface.

How to Apply

1. Wait – for newly installed paving, allow a minimum of 8 weeks before sealing.
2. Prepare – ensure the paving is thoroughly clean and completely dry. If the surface has been cleaned, allow at least 2 days for it to dry thoroughly before sealing.
3. Apply – apply PRO-810 evenly to the prepared surface in accordance with the manufacturer's application instructions.
4. Additional Treatment – more porous surfaces may absorb additional product. Follow the manufacturer's guidance for subsequent application.
5. Dry – protect the treated paving from rain and moisture during application and drying.
